Candidate for Cherokee County School Board District 5

Cherokee County School District is the BEST public school district in the state.  Erin will work together with her fellow board members to ensure CCSD's continued excellence, and help make the BEST even BETTER! 

Platform for Student Success:

  • Increased opportunities for students to explore technical course study and career tracks.

  • Curriculum decisions that support real world learning.

  • Safe learning environments.

  • Teacher and support staff input into educational decision making.

  • Increased parental involvement and volunteer opportunities in our schools.

  • Continued classroom, school, and district transparency.

  • Increased community involvement and support.

  • Continued support of CCSD's decision to ban Critical Race Theory. 

  • Continuation of masking choice. Masking is a parental decision.

  • No mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations for CCSD students.  Covid-19 vaccination is a parental decision.

(2 Term Limit) Erin is a firm believer in term limits.  She will only run or serve on the CCSD school board while her children attend Cherokee County Schools.
